Tony Monte Funeral Services owns and operates its own on-site crematorium. We are proud to provide a service for client families who wish to have both the funeral ceremony and cremation service performed at one convenient location.
Regulated & licences
Western Region Crematorium complies with all state and local regulations. All cremation procedures are conducted by our licensed personnel.
Established in 2002. Western Region Crematorium remains the first and only privately owned and operated on-site crematorium in the metropolitan area of Adelaide.

Audio visual presentations can be viewed in the chapel on multiple display screens.
A video link can also be live streamed to a portable external monitor when a large gathering is expected to exceed our chapel capacity. This ensures all attending can see and hear the funeral ceremony in its entirety.
An electronic piano is also available in the chapel for the accompaniment of a soloist or the playing of selected hymns by our professional musicians.
If live music is not required, then families are welcome to browse our private library to select music for the ceremony.

Our chapel has the latest audio visual technology so you can display photographs, videos and play the music that means so much to your family and ensure the funeral ceremony can be tailored to reflect the life of the individual.

Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, the tranquil atmosphere of our funeral chapel provides the setting for a truly personal funeral ceremony.
On site parking is available with disabled access to all areas of the funeral home.
The chapel can be used for both cremation and burial services as required. Family and friends can comfortably gather for refreshments following the service in the adjoining lounge.
We provide refreshments of assorted biscuits, tea, coffee and cordial as part of our standard service charge, at no extra cost. A fully catered service is also available upon request.
There is seating capacity in our chapel for 130, whilst total chapel capacity is approximately 250 people.
Families expecting a large gathering are encouraged to consider our additional seating options or allow our consultant to explorer larger venue opportunities. These local venues may include Glanville Hall or The Family Centre located at Seaton which has seating capacity for 900 people.
Wheelchair access is available to all areas of the funeral home.
Funeral services can be streamed live to family and friends anywhere in the world on the day of the ceremony.
A video keepsake of the funeral ceremony can also be presented to the family following the funeral service for an additional fee.
Live streaming can be arranged at any funeral venue to allow family members and friends the opportunity to be part of the service if they are unable to attend in person. Please note that an additional fee is payable for this service.
Professional video recording of funeral ceremonies can be arranged upon request. We have partnered with Adelaide’s leading video production companies to provide quality video recording of funeral services to industry standards.
Funeral services can be recorded in our chapel or any external venue including graveside services. Please enquire with our helpful staff at the time of making funeral arrangements for current pricing information.
